Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, 77laro will return any verified balance to you via your registered payment method after completing any required verification procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 77laro support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77laro from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
